These terms apply to the VigiaFlux application, developed by UrutauLabs Soluções Digitais LTDA, for condominium management and utility monitoring (water, gas, and electricity).

1. Service purpose

VigiaFlux uses mathematical models and historical pattern analysis to flag anomalies, support preventive maintenance, and reduce avoidable utility costs.

2. Informational nature

Alerts and reports are decision-support resources. They do not replace on-site technical inspections, mandatory safety procedures, or legal condominium obligations.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate meter and property data.
• Ensure authorized access to meters and related equipment.
• Execute on-site verification when risk alerts are issued.

4. Camera and images

When the app requests camera access, it is only for features you choose that involve capturing images (for example, photographing a meter for reading or verification), as described in the Privacy Policy. You should capture only what is necessary for authorized condominium records and respect third-party privacy and local rules.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service Provider is not liable for losses resulting from inconsistent input data, third-party infrastructure outages (internet, sensors, energy), or failure to execute corrective actions suggested by the platform.

6. Intellectual property

Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, or misuse of VigiaFlux software, brand assets, reports, and technical materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published indicates acceptance of the updated version.
