Delete your VigiaFlux account and data

This page belongs to the VigiaFlux app, developed by Urutau Labs, and explains how to request account and data deletion.

How to request deletion

1. Fill out the form below with the email used in your VigiaFlux account.
2. Submit the request.
3. Our team confirms by email and finishes deletion within up to 30 days.

Deleted data and retained data

• Deleted: access profile, personal contact details, and operational data linked to the user account, according to contractual and legal requirements.
• Retained for additional period: minimum records for security, technical audit, and legal compliance, for up to 180 days after your request.
• Anonymized/aggregated data: may be retained without personal identification for statistical analysis and platform improvement.
