How to request deletion

1. Fill in the form below with your Portaria Digital account email.
2. Submit the request.
3. Our team will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Alternatively, email us directly at contact@urutaulabs.com with the subject "Delete Portaria Digital account".

What is deleted and what is retained

• Deleted: login account, email address, linked building data, package records, label photos, and movement history.
• Temporarily retained (up to 90 days): minimal security, audit, and legal-compliance records.
• Anonymous / aggregated data: statistics with no personal identification may be kept indefinitely for analytical purposes.
