Delete your Figo account and data

This page belongs to the Figo app, developed by Urutau Labs, and explains how to request account and data deletion.

How to request deletion

1. Fill out the form below with the email used in your Figo account.
2. Submit the request.
3. Our team confirms by email and finishes deletion within up to 30 days.

Deleted data and retained data

• Deleted: account profile, email, phone number, profile photo, username, chat messages, location history, and app progress.
• Retained for additional period: minimum security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance records, for up to 180 days after your request.
• Anonymized/aggregated data: may be retained without personal identification for analytics purposes.
