These terms and conditions apply to the Figo app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by UrutauLabs Soluções Digitais LTDA (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
1. Independent Utility & Disclaimer of Affiliation
The Application is an independent utility tool designed solely to help collectors organize, manage, and facilitate the trade of their personal sticker albums. The Service Provider is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to official album publishers, sports federations, or any trademark holders (such as Panini, FIFA, etc.). All product names, logos, brands, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The Application does not sell, distribute, or manufacture sticker albums or physical stickers.
2. User Interactions, Trades, and Physical Meetups
The Application offers features such as the "Trade Radar" and "Trade Events" to connect collectors. The Service Provider acts solely as a facilitator for communication. Any real-world meetups, physical trades, or financial transactions arranged through the Application are conducted entirely at your own risk. The Service Provider is not liable or responsible for:
- Any physical harm, injury, or safety issues occurring during in-person meetups.
- Scams, financial losses, or disputes regarding the condition/authenticity of traded stickers.
Users are strongly advised to meet in safe, public, and well-lit locations when conducting trades.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Acceptable Use
The Application contains social features, including direct messaging (chat) and profile creation. The Service Provider maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. By using the Application, you agree NOT to:
- Send harassing, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory messages.
- Upload profane, obscene, or illegal profile pictures or names.
- Use the Application for spam, unsolicited advertising, or illegal activities.
The Application provides tools to Block and Report abusive users. The Service Provider reserves the right to review reports, moderate content, and permanently suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these rules, without prior notice.
4. Monetization, Subscriptions, and Sponsorships
The Application operates on a Freemium model. While basic features are free, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge for premium features (e.g., VIP Radar). Furthermore, the Application may display advertisements, sponsored content, or official partner locations (such as local stores or newsstands). The Service Provider is not responsible for the products or services offered by these third-party partners.
5. General Usage Rules
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason.
