How to request deletion

1. Fill out the form below with the email used in your Parque Zap account.
2. Submit the request.
3. Our team confirms by email and completes deletion within up to 30 days.

Deleted data and retained data

• Deleted: access profile and account-related data, according to legal and contractual requirements.
• Retained for additional period: minimum records for security, audit, and compliance for up to 180 days.
